I want to express my great disappointment and disgust in Tmobile and their customer support.in my hour of need I have been left without phone service because of Tmobile's inability to wait for a payment of an overdue balance. Every month I have made my payment through payment arrangements and never have I had a problem. Now I tried to be a better customer by having my billing date changed to a date that I know I would have my payments on time. My bill this month was two bills in one because of this change. The overdue balance I normally would have plus the new bill.
I suffered a car accident on 6/28 and my wages were interrupted. When I called to make my usual arrangement due to this problem, I was now denied because the new bill would be due on the next day of the date I chose to have my payment made, so Tmobile is greedy and unfeeling in my eyes.
I explained my situation and tried to find a way to make such a large payment and found it impossible to do. On my way to an appointment at the hospital I found that my account was suspended. When I call to speak to someone, to my dismay I am faced with an automated system that does not allow me to speak to a live person and insists that I make the payment or hang up. I had to wait till midday to call Tmobile customer support from a physical Tmobile location and actually speak to a live person.
Although the representative was sympathetic to my situation, she did not have the authority to make the arrangement I needed now because the system would not allow her to make it since they had suspended the account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that she was busy and that she would schedule a call back. I am still waiting for that call!!!
Now I am faced with trying to schedule doctors appointments and legal matters without having a phone. I truly believe that Tmobile does not appreciate a customer like me that has been there six years!
I think Tmobile is greedy and unwilling to serve a loyal customer in her time of need. I am truly disgusted with the treatment I have received by Tmobile.
