I had service w/Tmobile even b4 they were tmobile after years w/tmobile i moved and could not get any service in my new area i told tmobile over and over they still continued to bill me i switched service and i kept paying toward what tmobile was charging me. While paying tmobile directly i was turned over to a collection agency by tmobile. Tmobile continued to take my payments every month as recent as jan while another collection agency is hitting credit report and trying to collect even more than tmobile was billing me for the total bal It is reflecting my credit report in a negetive. The collection agency is now wanting to settle for 40% and i have already given the payments to tmobile i want tmobile to give my payments i paid to tmobile to the collection and settle this with collection and remove this from my credit report
