Unhappy With Phone and Plan, Unable to Reach Anyone for Help

Tmobile customer service. This review is for you.

I am very unhappy with the recent phone I bought and the pricing plan. Their are many other companies out there that might want my business and I really want to speak to you.

When I bought my Tmobile phone the salesperson was so persuasive about how great the customer service is and now that I want to speak to someone I cannot seem to get someone to help me out with my problem.
