I was lied to and mislead by a tmobile customer service Representative, about my billing and now I have an unexpected bill I have to pay in order to continue my services... Its not fair that I went into a situation blind and since I was lied to I as. The consumer has to suffere the consequences of a tmobile employee lieing to me. I was told I did not have to pay anything till july and now they said I have to pay 38 dollars in order to continue services...
