Cirro Energy nearly doubled my rate during the course of one month. I had spoken with a CSR and they had pretty much stated tough, everyone will be having to pay a substantially higher rate because they needed to pass on losses. They DID NOT contact me about rate changes, nor did they mention the fact that they are in financial dire straights (which most likely they are). They are extremely understaffed and have their business development people attempting to spin some type of convincing story about customers not having contracts and being able to charge higher rates. I strongly urge anyone considering cirro to look elsewhere. Their actual rates are MUCH higher than their advertised rate plus, once you are locked in you will be forced to pay more than any pther energy provider. I give them 6 months TOPS. Cirro sucks.
