To sum it up, you have been screwed. It you used American Titleworks and Fidelity National Title. Fidelity National Title Company and American Titleworks have screwed you out of money. It all started with American Titleworks, Michael Nowaczyk, the then President of the company, used the company as his personal piggy bank. He stole from you to make himself rich. He came up with numberous schemes to take your money. The one I will talk about hear is in regards to your overpayment of tax and water escrows.
Michael Nowaczyk took your money and diverted it into a company called Spartan Escrow Services. He deposited monies payable to Spartan Escrow Services as well as monies payable to American Titleworks. These funds that were due back to clients of American Titleworks for OVER payments of taxes and the like. Nowaczyk used the funds to buy boats, cars and houses. I have forwarded the information to the Michigan Attorney General as well as the FBI. As of this date, none have called me. Nowaczyk has friends in high places. Copies of some of the checks have been posted to a myspace account called nowaczykthief.
You see, American Titleworks has gone out of business. But Fidelity National Title has been left holding the bag. But, Fidelity National Title wants to limit there out of pocket, so to do so, according to David Hart (one of thier many attornies) has decided to screw the "little person".in that I mean, if you did not file a claim against American Titleworks, YOU ARE S*T OUT OF LUCK!!! @
American Titleworks many have been holding an escrow account on your behalf, holding a water escrow or tax escrow on your behalf. You don't get anything. David Hart even stated on a deposition that any who has not filed a claim loses!!!
So much for the TRUST OF THE PEOPLE!
These are the people that are supposed to guarntee that our interests in a property are protected. Yeah Right.
