Cingular Att Billing After Contract and Service Use Ended San Antonio Texas

My family has been using Cingular for 4 solid years until we finally got sick of all the discounected calls and dropped calls. We finally switched in May however in June we received a bill for $169.84 dollars. I dimissed this bill however because in the bottom it said do not pay this amount. Little did i realized they charged my checking account this amount. I thought about it and said to myself it must of been because i used my phone just a little bit after May? Wrong It's July and i received another bill for $101.45 and i havnt been able to even use the phones. The Sevice is discounted! Yet im still being charged for using these phones? Even tho it's impossible because the service has been disconnected? How is this possible? I called my bank and asked them to stop giving payments to Att or Cingular or whatever it is now. But they refused. So now i've paid approximately $170 dollars for a phone bill i have not used in 2-3 months and the contract is over? Yet im still being billed? Att and Cingular are the worse.
