Overcharging and deceptive billing ripoff

I had att first until cingular bought it out.
My att bills were at least close to the plan billing. After cingular started billing me my phone bills kept escalating and everytime i com[plained about the billing they made an adjustment and suggested a diffrerent plan. The last plan was 89.00 monthly with a 1000 minutews on 2 phones. The bill averaged about 114.00 monthly until i got one for 560.00!

When i called to get an explanantion i got a lot of double talk from these sheisters and i told them to close my account and i would pay the early termination fee, as it would be cheaper than playing "bill of fortune" with them every month.

I told them i would pay at least 75.00 dollars monthly until it was paid. After 30 days they turned it over to a collection agency who wants the entire amount paid...
The last updated bill from cingular was 777.00 including early termination fees.

The bill from the collection agency was for 1021.99!

This is the kind of billing i have been getting from cingular.

They were willing to adjust the bill. Again, if i agreed to another 2 year contract. No way.

My recommendation if you are trying to manage a budget is stay away from cingular wireless and go to a prepaid plan such as tmobile where you can control your bill and get no unpleasant surprises from your bill.
