I am writing about the rip-off billing of SBC and Cingular one. I had DSL codes on my bill, but never had ever had DSl in my home, it took SBC manager to remove this manually from my bill as she could not for some unknow reason remove any other way. I now have SAGE for my home phone and Virison for cell phone. My final bill was for over 300.93 dollars, in 1999 I had a 2 year contract and that was it, now I want to see where I signed a contract with them for more then 2 years.
It has been a rip-off for over 6 year with both companies and God forbid, you talk to one of them you spend many hours and listen to more (*&^ then anyone needs to hear, the word no means no, when you get late night phone calls from SBC and there sales group trying to hassle you into buy DSL and you say no then that should be it, how dare them put that on my bill. Cingular one rip-off, SBC ripp off scams.
