I had Southern Management contact me during the Christmas Holiday of 2007. They had been calling me during my working hours and everytime I had called back they had been closed. So eventually, one day I had gotten ahold of the nasty company, after an extremely rude lady had left a message on my phone and asked directly for me at my work. I simply explained to her that I would be paying half the amount today, as my roommate would be paying the rest soon (as we were splitting the bill). She refused, at first, for me to pay the entire amount or she would not pay it all for me. I nicely kept saying that I did not have the entire amount in full so I could only pay half of it and my roommate would be paying the rest soon. She had kept cutting me off, and insulting me by saying that I would forever had bad credit, so I had asked to talk to someone else. She would not allow to transfer me and told me never mind that I don't need to pay the money, since I was be "so rude" to her. I finally shouted at her that I just wanted to pay my part today. She took my credit card number, and at the end of the phone call said in an extremly un-ethical way, "oh by the way, happy holidays." and then hung up.
This company is absolutely unprofessional. Noone deserves to be treated the way I was and others have been. Please investigate this company and see what their deal is.
