My son attempted to contact Southern Mangement System regarding a collection that was on his credit report. As a father wathing his son trying to "to the right thing" and better his life. I was shicked to hear that the man, and I use that term loosely, on the other end of the phone was rude, yelled and did not let him finish a sentence, I was shocked.in my disbelief as a local businessman, I then called SMS to see if cooler head could prevail. We were simply trying to revieve a copy of the lease SMS was trying to collect on. They would not speak to me and I understood as my name was not on the contract. I then told the lady on the phone, you will see that often on complaints to this company, that my son would call right back so keep the information on your screen. My son called again and it was the same with Mr. Weaver. I then called back and asked to speak to Mr. Weaver and he was too cowardly to speak with me. I was calm, polite and simply asked to have a conversation to no avail. I then asked for an email address and had no luck getting any information from "the lady on the phone". I then said in you are telling me you are running a sucessful business without using the technology available to us?"The lady on the phone", said I don't know what to tell you.
Well, I decided to use "the technology available to me" and found this website and low and behold, I found other complaint that were the same as mine. He was rude, yelling and unreasonable.
I hope Southern Management Systems, Inc. Someday finds out what an "ass"et they have in Mr. Robert Weaver.
