They conduct business in an unlawful, unethical and dishonest way

I recently ran my credit report and found an account that was in collection with Southern Mangement Systems. It is an account, that to the best of my knowledge has been satisfied; The letter below is a letter I faxed Southern Management Systems. It explains what occured when I attempted to explain to Mr. Robert Weaver of Southern Management Systems that my account with his company was satisfied. After the incident with Mr. Weaver I called the company and explained what occured to the receptionist. She stated that the only person I could talk to was Mr. Weaver because he was the mangager and the agent handling my account. I asked her numerous times to transfer me to someone who could help me. She once again stated that she could not do that. I realized at that point that attempting to talk to uper management was a dead end. Robert Weaver is a very rude, unethical man. I only dealt with the man for 3 minutes and 55 seconds, and I was disgusted with him and the company for allowing him to do this to people. My heart goes out to those that allowed the conversation to go further than that.

To Whom It May Concern:
I called Southern Management Systems yesterday, March 13 at 2:25 pm. A female answered the call. I explained to her that Southern Management Systems was attempting to collect a debt from me in the amount of $8624.00 and that I wanted to settle the matter. At that time the receptionist asked me for additional information. I provided her with the information. She stated that she would have a representative call me back. I accepted and gave her my contact information. After a couple of hours I decided to call again, fore I had not received a response. At 7:08 pm, I called Southern Management Systems again. A female answered the call. I provide her with my account information and my reason for calling. She asked me to hold because she was transferring my call to the representative that was handling my account. I waited briefly and was then prompted to leave a message. I left a message asking for a return call and I left my contact information.
I received a phone call this morning, March 14 at 8:53 am from 407-895-7100. I answered the call with my standard gretting "hello". The caller introduced himself as Rober Weaver. He stated he was a representative of Southern Management Systems. I thanked him for his response and I attempted to explain my confusion as to the nature of the documentation Southern Management Systems had on file. He interrupted me with a very loud, harsh yell; he said "let me talk!" In shock I said "ok". He stated, in a very loud tone, that I mailed Southern Management Systems a check that bounced. He also stated that I had given someone Power of Attorney to handle my account with Southern Management Systems. He then paused and I began to talk. I attempted to tell Mr. Weaver that his accusations were not correct. Once again I was abruptly interrupted; this time Mr. Weaver's form of interruption was a louder yell. Mr Weaver yelled "stop hollering you idiot!" I hung up and pure shock took over.
Due to the aformentioned actions by Mr. Weaver I would like to request to have my account transferred to another representative. Mr. Weaver's actions sent chills through my spine. I do not understand how a company as well known and as long standing as Southern Management Systems employs a man like Mr. Weaver. He is impatient, rude, verbally abusive, unethical and cruel. He managed to yell at me numerous times and call me an idiot in a matter of 3 minutes and 55 seconds, the duration of our conversation this morning, March 14.

I would also like to inform you that I am not the only victim of Mr. Robert Weaver's inappropriate, unethical behavior. It might be in the best interest of Southern Management Systems to take a look at the different articles/and or reports that have been written about Mr. Weaver's way of conducting business through, or on behalf of Southern Management Systems. Thank you for your time and consideration."
