I have been dealing with this company for the last 2 years thinking things would get better. Boy I was wrong! Everytime I called to let the company know that I had a problem and neeed a vendor they would send me a e-mail with the contractors name and phone numbe and told me to wait half an hour before I called. When I called the vendor I was told the woman who made the appoitments was not at her desk and she would get back to me. HA! Not in this lifetime! I called back again and the man I spoke too was VERY nasty and I was told she would call me back, soon! I told him my a/c was not working right and I needed to have someone come out as it was 110! I live in the southern Ca. Desert! Long story short she never called so the next day I called National Home Protection and asked them to assign me anothe vender.
I NEVER heard back so I called someone I had use before to come out and fix my a/c. Of course if cost me a lot more but I had no choice. Even my cat was overheating!
I called the company back today 05/28 and told them I wanted to cancel my policy. They said they would get back to me. Later this afternoon I called back only to be told they had indeed cancelled my policy! I know I very lucky since most of the time you are locked into a contract.
I would like to add that most of the venders that these companys use are the bottom of the barrel and are desperate for business!
