Unauthorized charges to AT&T account

I noticed charges from MYIPRODUCT IMAIL AND ESBI INC, on my AT&T landline account back in January and have been trying to get them removed by phoning them and AT&T. ESBI states that I signed up for these services online and I informed them that I did not and they were unable to verify an email address or IP address that this supposed order came from. Yet they are still charging my AT&T account and AT&T will not remove these charges.
