Oh man I thought that i was the only one that got ripped off from this company. I'm so glad to know that there are a few other people out there.
I was wondering if i was the only one every time they call my house which may i add is like 30 times a day. They call starting at 9:00A.M. I don't konw how to make them stop.
They call me telling me that i haven't paid my bill, the truth is they wait 2 months to call you and tell you your bill is past due, but they don't even send you an invoice. I told them right after i found out that they charged my card that they needed to switch to sending me invoices ever month. They told me that they noted my acct. WRONG
They then called me 2 months later "we tried to bill your credit card and it isn't taking the payment, you need to send us some money" How about if you let us bill your card. After they just said that they couldn't get my card to work. SO I told them i can't afford the payments all they did was knocked the payments down, because "my ten days were up i couldn't cancel"
Now whenever they don't send me an invoice they call my home 2 months later if i answer they say we haven't recieved your payment and i say well you haven't sent me an invoice. You need to talk to your company and tell them to send out the invoices on time. I ALWAYS pay my bills on time, except for you cuz you won't send me my invoice.
Then they said "Well, we have an automated machine that sends out the invoices" So who stamps them and walks them to the mail box? Anyways to make a long story short. They are rip offs. And as long as they keep calling my house "Unknown Caller" i'm not going to answer. If they want to talk to me they can leave a message on my "automated Machine" AKA My answering Machine!!!
