AMR falsely charges me

AMR LD charged me twice in July but I let it go, thinking it was something related to my online purchases. They charged me again in October. Unfortunately, my credit card has been dormant since July so I thought it might be a fraud since I have never used any long distance service and I haven't used my card since July.
