I all of the sudden stopped receiving invoices from Dell financial services. I emailed them to let them know and talked to someone by phone. I was assured that a new invoice would be sent.in the meantime, I was called by phone at my place of employment 3 times in that same week to inform me that Dell hadn't received a payment. I told them that I had not received an invoice and had already talked to a different person about being mailed a new one. I also asked them to stop calling me.

Well, I finally received an invoice about 1 1/2 weeks later but did not receive one the following month. I was called again at work by a Dell rep. I told her that I was not receiving my invoices and I had already talked to 3 people about it. She RUDELY suggested that I talk to my post office. I informed her that I would not do so and that I found it strange that all my other mail was being delivered and that it was Dell's responsibility to mail my invoices not mine to hunt them down.

I emailed and snail mailed Dell letting them know that I was tired of being harrassed by phone and to stop calling me and send my invoice. I have always paid my invoices on time. I'm not sure what Dell financial services is up to but I refuse to pay any late payments and I told them that this had better not go on my credit report. I also know that I am not the only person this is happening to.
