I sent the item Fluke DSP4100 cable analyzer to June Company August and made the advance payment of $4,500 November, received the item March but it was not repaired at all.
When we tested it, still it is not working. When we opened the unit, we found out there is no warranty seal that shows the said company repaired it. They did not issue us an invoice, our only proof of our transaction is our wire transfer receipt and the RMA they sent to us before we send the item to them for repair.
When we informed them about this, they instructed us to send back the item so that they can check it again. The problem is, we don't trust them anymore and we also found out that the item we sent for repair has no spare parts available anywhere. So they lied to us that they really repair the unit.
In this regard, we wish to request for a refund instead of sending back the unit so that we can buy a surplus model to replace the damage part of the unit.
