We purchased an ipod touch from walmart and then purchased an extenede warranty. April we sent the ipod to Warranty Logistics because the on/off button was not functioning. They repaired the unit, but communicated poorly and were not professional. Item was repaired.
Jan the headphone jack was not working well, but all other functions were normal. We received notification that they were not going to repair the unit because an unauthorized service of the unit and resulting corrosion to the motherboard.
They shipped the unit back to us. It was well packaged, but when we opened the box we saw a cracked screen, gasket was hanging out and the select button was on crooked. At first they agreed to repair the new damage, but now they are telling me they will not and I should call walmart.
No help from Walmart either... Crooks! I will never purchase any electronics from walmart and I will never pay for an extended warranty from this company.
