On 3-14-07 i initiated a call to cavalier telephone company for phone service. This was at 2:15 P.M. I spoke with jennifer/jeanna and very specifically asked if this company offers the universal lifeline service federally mandated for those with disabilities as provided by other carrirs" jennifer l-i-e-d and said yes" and would transfer me to the appropriate person to set this up after she and i completed the order info"

Since then and up to now i have spoken with over 12 people at cavalier and puco to "no avail" my present bill is over $477.00 because cavalier billed me for calls to ingformation i never made. So i am being penalized for not subscribing to their internet service.

This company is as crooked as a barrel of snakes and p-u-c-o is duplicitous... I suggest we all file a class action thru the attorney general and see just how far this really goes!!!

Evil only thrives when good people do nothing!!!
