In the month of December I sent Cavalier a money order in the amount of $40.00 to Cavalier to start up phone service for a friend. We have repeatedly called the company and they "claim" that they have not received it. This is the second time it has happened to myself and my friend. We feel that the company is a fraud and stealing money from hard-working people. They need to be stopped and investigated.
