Fradulent billing to creidt card

I terminated an 8 year TALK AMERICA AOL program in November. AOL sold the TALK AMERICA account to Cavalier in March. Cavalier debited my credit card for a charge in April and has managed to baloon the charge to $546.78 by November. I didn't catch the Cavalier charge in April until I received the notice from a collection agancy that $546.78 was due.

I'm not responsible for sloppy or inadept accounting errors on account of corporations, but this ticks me off.
