My five months of absolute hell with Dish Network Shreveport Louisiana

Dish Network,

I have been having a nightmare from which I will never wake it would seem.

Today, March 4th, I called to inquire as to the status of my refund of my deposits after I had cancelled the account of the hands down worst service of any soryt I have ever received in any capacity.

Express Marketing and Dish Network have combined to absolutely rip me off.

I got told by two very young, very indignant and rude boys today in your "supervisory department", obviously two boys who just batted me back and forth in a manner befitting red tape and callous marketing techniques you should be very proud of.

I was told that someone signed me up no actually, Eddie told me that I signed up for a purchase of equipment and that the useless box, non working remote and the wiring and switches were now mine, and this not the truth.
His even younger and more rude friend kept saying this was "the Fact" in the whole manner, and I simply say that it is not.

I did not call up to sign up for the package I was given five weeks later after FOUR delays in installation by Express Marketing, so I cancelled my account. Not to mention the complaint department had cancelled my account autononmously when I complained about their shortcomings

What follows here is copies of my emails, never acknowledged nor answered, but sent anyway.

To the group of people in your your department who handle complaints by ignoring customers and sabotaging accounts, This is a copy of the second e-mail I have sent to the installation department. It speaks for itself on my frame of mind.

Your company on the whole is to be commended on it's call center personell. They have been helpful at every turn.

However, your subcontractor... Name of company unknown but it's phone number is 337.238.4931 who handles warehousing and/or installations has set me back 2 weeks plus because at first they did not have the two t.V. Receiver, so I changed my order to get the 2 seperate receivers instead at a 5 dollar per month discount.

These people then called me on the day of my install, 2 and one half hours after they supposed to have been here to tell me they have none of those receivers either, bumping me another 10 days for my install.

After much phone dialogue with two of your account specialists, I agreed upon a discounted price and to wait.

I did, however decide to send a complaint to your installation department outlining their shortcomings and the money and inconvenience that their lack of organization with their subcontractor has cost me, saying I feel i have been treated unfairly, and feel that I am owed more consideration AND most importantly, an apology.

The e-mail i sent was in no way profane, threatening or by any means out of line, and yet someone in that department, (confirmed by operator PWH) cancelled my install, cancelled my account, and did nothing to notify me of this, and made no effort to refund my money upon cancelling my account.

I ask you, what kind of outfit are you running?

Is this proper protocal?
