This company not only once but twice let someone make changes to an old account of mine without my knowledge or permission.
They did not cancel my service as I requested on two separate occasions, once in July and once in August, show no "record" of me ever calling to cancel, never sent me a bill since I called to cancel, and didn't cancel it until November for nonpayment.
Now they say I owe them over $500.00, they charged my old bank account with the card I HAD to give them when I set up the account, which took what was in there plus put my bank account into the negative.
They refuse to correct anything, and now it is on my credit report, I owe my bank, and loss of what monies I had in my account.
