Cheated out of Money, Mistreated by those who promised to help, Nothing like kicking a man when he's down!

Company did not perform services as promised. Petitions prepared for court came late and were unacceptable in our court system. Total cost for non-service - $1,020.

Nathaniel Hansen of Premier Family Services failed to provide me with the service I was promised at initial interview. I was promised that an attorney would contact/coach me prior to my court date (s), this did not happen. I was promised petitions would be filed on my behalf to assist with my request for a change in custody/visitation schedule. The paperwork sent to me the first time was incorrect. After corrections were made the new petition was brought to our Family Court at which time I was told that they were not acceptable. I then contacted Nathaniel Hansen again to advise him of the problem and was told to sign a release for him to contact our Family court. This was done and he did not follow up on his part. Phone calls were made and emails were sent to try and rectify the problems but after many attempts I was told that my messages were never received nor were my emails. After 4 months of their supposed services I was no further than when I was on my own. I did contact Nathaniel's supervisor at one point and reported the problem at which point I received a phone call from Nathaniel asking me to please go through him and not contact his supervisor again. A second attempt was made to contact his supervisor at a later date, however, I was not given the opportunity to talk to him. I am very dissatisfied with this company's service and believe that they have misrepresented themselves and have caused me further anxiety and added to my financial burdens.

I requested to have a full refund of my money as they did not provide any services that were worth paying for. Nathaniel emailed me to say my refund was under consideration. That was six weeks ago. I have since emailed him to find out about my refund and he does not answer my emails. I have emailed everyone I had contact with in the company and all I got was "your automatic payments have been cancelled". Unfortunately, I went to the bank yesterday and found out that after 6 weeks they have taken yet another automatic deduction from my checking account!
