The Premier Family Services aka (Father's Advocate Group) told us that they could help my son get custody of his 2 daughters. We had to pay them a $95 non-refundable processing fee to get the paperwork started so that he would have papers to take to court.
My now ex-husband let us charge the money on his credit card. Premier Family Services kept calling Christopher and telling him that he never faxed the papers back over that they needed. Well, Christopher had a fax receipt showing that the papers went through. So, then they charged the credit card $845 non-refundable and sent my son a piece of paper to take to court. The judge just laughed in his face and said "where is your lawyer?" So, he ruled in favor of the mother.
So, Premier Family Services has not done anything for him. They tell you to watch this video that shows just what big things they are going to do for you, when all they do is take your money. Also, they have been taking out $45 each month, since February until August when my husband had the credit card closed. I have since paid off the credit card and we want a full refund, because this ridiculous company has not done anything for us at all.
