I had no contract with Tmobile. I bought a new phone and returned it the next day. When you buy a new phone even if you return it, they automatically renew your contract for two years without telling you. Houston, Texas But A Company Policy Texas

I have been with T Mobile for 4 years so I am not on a contract. I bought a new phone and returned it the next day-Yes less than 24 hours. I decided to get an Iphone so I cancelled my TMobile service. They told me I had to pay$200 because I had bought a new phone and even though I returned, it renws my contract for 2 years. I am no trying to be arrogant but I have spent well over 5 hours on this and well over $200 of my time. It is just wrong!!! We have 4 other phones with Tmobile and all are being cancelled on the 28th when their contracts expire. If I owned stock in this company I would sell it. Very mismanaged customer service!!
