Have been with T - Mobile for over ten years and have learned that some of the customer service reps always try to push one thing or another on you. I bought two my touch 4G cell phones on January 19th and was committed to a two year contract which would end on January 19th. While ordering a new handset through my insurance protection with T - Mobile, Once again a customer service rep offered me a promotional additional 5 Gigs for my data package for a 30 day trail and if i wanted it to keep it would cost an additional 16.99. I asked if this would affect my current plan. The rep said " NO" at no time did i authorize any upgrade to extend my contract to 2014. I am waiting for my contract to end on 2013
