Sidekick problems... They are well aware

I am currently on a Flex Pay account because I am leery of a contract with TMOBILE (for good reason. Lol). I have a Sidekick and it has been document from sources within Tmobile that after 1 yr the charging port become defective. I am currently on my third one. They refuse to send out a replacement and they expect me to pay Asurion $150 for a new phone when it is not my fault they are selling faulty equipment THAT THEY KNOW have issues with the port.

It is a scam between Asurion and Tmobile to get the consumer out of more money... They push you to upgrade and spend more and more money on crappy phones... But they r mistaken I will go on Craigslist and buy a used phone and just sit until my contract expire.

Crappy company and I will never enter into a contract with them or any other carrier.

BTW. Bxxxx Mobile sounds very good right now... With no contract and for $49.99 have the unlimited everything.
