I am leasing furniture from Aaron's, and I have come to find that it is cheaply made furniture being sold at a high price. The furniture looked great, but the quality is terrible, with stitching coming apart, cracked wood and defects in the structure of the furniture, etc.
I made these facts known to the store's General Manager, Tony Cortez, and he has given me the run-around, telling me that there is nothing wrong with the furniture and not to complain so much, having me argue with him over and over when I go in to pay for the furniture. One day he even said, "I don't wanna talk to you anymore!" I am furious! They also told me that the furniture was $818.00, and now they say the furniture is $1,600. They give you bad service, they talk to you like you are a child and they have a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.
I recommend that if you are thinking about going to that store or any Aaron's store, don't do it. They are very rude, and you will be looking at possible jail time.
