Im Leasing furniture from Aaron's and I come to find that the furniture is cheaply made furniture being sold at a high price! The furniture looked great but the quality is terrible, stitching coming apart, cracked wood, defects in the structure of the furniture, ect.
I made these facts known to the stores General Manager Tony Cortez and he has proceeded to give me the run around, telling me that theres nothing wrong with the furniture and not to complain so much having me to argue with him over and over again when I go in to pay for the furniture, One day he even said I don't wanna talk to you anymore! I'm furious! They also told me that the furniture was $818.00 and now they say the furniture is now $1,600 dollars! They give you bad service and they talk to you like you're a child and they have a take it or leave it attitude!
I recommend that if you're thinking about going to that store or any Aaron's store! Don't Do It! They are very rude! And you will be looking at possible jailtime!
