To make an extremely long story short - I ordered some framed butterflies in October of 07. It is February of 08 and I still have yet to receive my product. I have called the owner, Jack, several times and at first he blamed his wifes health. I am a pretty patient and understanding person so I waited and waited - and still never received what I ordered.
This process has been going on for months and every time I talk to him it's a different excuse. It was almost done but I had to order a new butterfly. Or - it's already in the mail you'll have it in a few days.
I called again today and this time he blamed his own health, told me to stop being so impatient and acting like an emotional female, and then hung up on me. I was shocked and appalled that anyone would talk to a customer like that or do business like that. I called him back immediately and there was no rational conversation to be had. I tried to talk him through it and he kept yelling and raising his voice and accusing me of being "one of those girls" that is used to getting everything and being spoiled. And then hung up on me again.
I told him I might send him to small claims court to get my money back and he hung up. NO ONE should ever do business with this man or this company. He is completely irrational and out of line to hang up on a customer that has been waiting on their product for FIVE months.
