Company policy includes not helping customers - don't mess up your order or you won't get it!

I received an online gift card to this store. However, the gift giver had to notify me as the company never bothered to inform me they had an electronic gift card for me. Website not user friendly, I had to try 5 times to sign up just to order something. Then the website processed my order before I had a chance to review the size. I immediately realized I ordered the wrong size and called customer service 7 minutes after placing the order. I was informed it is company policy to not change anything about the order. Their policy is to knowingly ship products after order no matter what. So, they sent me the wrong size after charging $12.99 in shipping & handling to ship a T-shirt. But I had to spend more money to ship the wrong size back, and was then told then couldn't process my exchange for 30 days, company policy. So I spent $20 shipping on a $27 T-shirt, and still don't have my product. They knowingly shipped me the size I didn't want, knowing I would have to go through the hassle of exchanging it. Their policy is to not help the customer after the order had been placed, they feel it is easier to ship the wrong thing & go through the return process. Do not order from here unless you want to receive the worst online shopping service in the country.
