I got married in July. Our theme was butterflies. I ordered these 3D pop-ups from Favors by Lisa. When the order arrived, it was only 3/4 of what I ordered. I needed enough butterflies to secure to all the name cards.
I was charged $124.80 for these butterflies. The statement said that they no longer carried this item so that is why they didn't ship all that I needed. Since I did not receive as many as I needed I immediately returned them.
When my next statement came I was only credited $89.76. I contacted Lisa and she said their is a fee for restocking the item. This is not right if I didn't even receive what I ordered.
I called her on 4 occassions where she yelled at me on the phone when I asked her to refund the full-amount. She finally agreed and said she would and hung up on me. I have since received 2 statements, no refund.
My statement said that they were discontinued so that is why I only received part of my order. I have now been married for over 3 months, this order took place about 5 months ago, this so-called discontinued item is still available for sale on her website.
Please don't purchase anything from this women. The pictures don't even display what you receive. The picture displays these beautifl butterflies in 3-9 on name cards on an elegant table, I received a package of stickers.
