Complaint / review text:
I had ordered my product of a 90 day supply of their Diet Patches on October 1st, 2004. I have been told after 2 weeks of waiting for the product, that they would send it again, verified my address and told me I would see it in 3-7 business days.
After waiting 5 business days, I call the customer service hotline, was put on hold for 10 minutes, and then hung up on. Called back, was on hold for another 10 minutes and then got to a rep. And asked to talk with a manager. The manager was in a "meeting" and couldn't be reached. Took my mailing information again and told me that I would receive the product in a couple of days.
Called back 5 days later after not receiving anything from My Diet Patches and was on hold for aprox. 10 minutes again and then hung up on. Called back and was on hold for 5 minutes and then directly asked to speak to a manager. Was told to hold and was on hold for 25 minutes.
Another customer service rep. Picked up and I asked to speak directly to a manager but I wasn't going to be put on hold. Told me that the manager was not available and that my money was re-funded. I looked in my account and it wasn't but they also told me that they had been backed up and re-shipped the item again to my correct address for the third time. A customer service rep. There named Richard told me that they shipped it to me only billing me for the shipping and handling, $10, instead of the whole price of $69.95. If I did not receive the product this time again, for the third time, to call back and e-mail the company for them to re-imburse my $10. This was on the 25th of October.
Today, November 11,2004, I still have not received my 90 day product and called the company again. They said that they had fully reimbursed me, my bank account is missing the $10 shipping fee, and that they would re-do the whole re-ording and wanted my credit card. No, I told them, I want a manager. Well, today, Dave the customer service rep there, told me all the managers in the company were not there and to call back tomorrow to speak to one.
I have not received one apology from the company nor any compensation for the time I put into the phone calls, the waiting on hold, the incompetent customer service reps., the ignorace of managers and I would like to receive my product with out pay and hassel!
