I called Pharmazone labs because of an ad I saw in the news paper. They were advertising a free trial for a product that enhances sexual activities. When I called the person on the phone was very nice telling me that many people had tried their product and was very happy with it.
I agreed to the free trial and was told I only needed to pay for a one time shipping and handling fee of approx $12. It is a good thing for me that I check my account on line frequently because it turns out that they overcharged me for the shipping. I called in and got that corrected and was credited for the overcharge on shipping; however, a few days later I checked my account again and found a change for $47. When I called the company I was informed that I needed to call them 10 days after receiving the trial to cancel or they would just ship me another package and charge my account.
When I told them I was not informed about this on the initial call I was instructed to return the package when I received it for a full refund by simply writing on the package return to sender and putting it in any mailbox.
I returned the package on January 24th and contacted them to let them know I had shipped it out. I allowed a week to go by before I called again to inquire about my refund and was told they had not received my package. At this point I guess they were not too happy that I did not just allow them to take my money and run because they were very rude if not down-right nasty to me. I allowed yet another week to go by and called again and again I was told that they had not received my package; however on this call I was informed that I had until February 16th for them to receive my package or I would not be able to get my refund. When I inquired as to why, I was told that they only refund within 30 days of the first shipment - ANOTHER BIG PIECE OF INFORMATION THAT WAS LEFT OUT OF THE INITIAL COMMUNICATION.
Today is February 12 and I called and was told yet again that they had not received my package. When I asked to speak to a manager I was asked how and when did I return the package. I informed her that it was returned on January 24th via regular mail just as I had receive it. The woman began yelling at me saying why would you return it by regular mail that is stupid. I told her that is what I was told to do by one of the reps I had spoken to previously. She yelled and said they would not tell anyone to send a package back by regular mail and hung up the phone on me.
This for me is the last straw. This is a very bad company and no one should ever purchase anything from them. They lie to gain your trust with no intention of every honoring any of they things they promise.
