I ordered the free sample that was advertised in the newspaper. At that time, the representative (named Ryan) informed me that I had to order the free trial, but that I could cancel within 10 days, and he gave me the phone number to call for cancellations. The shipping cost for the sample product was $9.41. Ryan also convinced me to order three DVD movies for $1.00 each movie. This somehow added up to $13.41. Ryan told me that the amount that was going to be taken out of my bank account was $13.41, nothing more. I asked him again how much was going to be taken out of my bank account and was there any other fees and he told me that the only amount that was going to be taken out of my account was $13.41.
Well about three days after I ordered the free sample and trial I called the number that Ryan gave me to cancel, and for some strange reason the representative informed me that it was already cancelled. I was kind of confused, but okay, it was cancelled.
I received the free sample about a week after the first phone call. Then I noticed that $48.95 was taken out of my bank account by Pharmazone Labs at around the same time without my permission.
I called Pharmazone Labs. And informed them that they withdrew money from my account without my permission and that I wanted that money returned to my account. They told me that in order to get a refund for the $48.95 I had to wait for the product and return it and they would refund me my money. I was never informed about this by Ryan.
I was waiting for the movies and the free trial product to come in. After about two weeks, I called Pharmazone Labs. And they told me to wait another week.
To make a long story short, I called for the last time and the representative that answered told me that I missed the deadline for returns and that I was not going to receive a refund.
I was never informed that $48.95 was going to be taken out of my account, nor was I informed that there was a deadline for returns. Besides, how can I return a product that I never received. Oh, I also never received not one of the movies.
In other words, I payed almost $70.00 for a sample of the product, and too bad for me. I was not gonna get the product that I payed for or a refund.
PHARMAZONE LABORATORIES are THIEVES and they prey upon the innocent hard working people. We work too hard to be getting ripped off like this and something should definitely be done about this.
By the way the product does not work. It does nothing. What a SCAM!!!
