Dermitage
I ordered the free trial of dermitage eye cream and was initially charged $5.95. When the product was returned they did not issue my refund but charged me $99.95. They now claim they did not receive the package. Ontario, California

This company offered me a free trial for 30 days. When I received the product I was informed that I was signing up for regular shipments. I called to cancel immediately and told them I could not afford the product so I was returning it without even opening the box.

They gave me an RMA number and the address to where I needed to return the product which I did the day I received the information. Now they have taken a $99.95 charge out of my checking account claiming that they never received my returned package. I returned the product at the end of August so I know they have received it by now.
