I was contacted late October by a sales rep at Prime One Benifits. He solicited a payment from me of $187.0 for a credit card package. I agreed to do the program, and pay $187 for the credit card. I gave a payment using my bank card. He instructed me to look out for a package from them to sign and return.

Well, many weeks went by and I never recieved the package. I called 416-542-1611 for customer service and explained the situation. The represantive agreed to re-send the package via priority mail. Another week went by and no package, I called again asking for a refund. The Manager agreed to process the request and said it would be 12 weeks until the refund was placed back into my account. I called several times over the 12 week period to verify that I would have the refund. And was told the refund would be in my account by 4-6-04.

Today is now the 8th and no refund. I spoke to the manager today and he informed me it would be another 2 weeks until I had the money. I called once more to update my address and any other information and the woman told me that I was not eligible for a refund and hung up on me!
