Ordered product via internet. Paid for shipping, never received package. Cancelled account after not receiving package. Called the customer service number after billing showed up and screwed up debit account. Very rude and was informed that I had received package and it was past the guarentee time. Told the cust. Svce. Person that I never got the package and got a "too bad, so sad" attitude from then along with refusal of refund.
I sent a contact e-mail and no response. I assumed that the whole deal cancelled when I cancelled the account, and was informed otherwise.
