I had a technical issue Error 024 and called in. The rep told me to reset the reciever and wait 15 minutes and rushed to get me off of the thelephone. Her name was Jessica and she qould not give me an employee ID. After 20 minutes I called back due to the same error and spoke with a Lupe. She had me repaet what the rep prior rep had me do and when I brought this to her attention she disconnected me on purpose. She was reading from a script and it turns out your "Highly trained technicians are not so highly trained.
I have thus spent 45 minutes on hold between 3 callbacks and am considering reverting back to cable television.
