MCI Worldcom has horrible Customer Service skills. Anyone looking for a Cellular phone service, turn and run the other way. MCI has poorly trained representatives that you have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes only to be put on hold several more times after you finally get a response. They are disshonest with their terms at the signing of thecontract and change their 'rules' as they go along. Simply put they are an awful company with no customer service skills and a highly unorganized, dated billing system, and more trouble than their service is worth (not to mention more money in random charges than they are worth)!
