A few days ago I wrote that I could not get these people to talk to me or e-mail me about a refund for a move we did not make and for which I had paid the first half of the charge.
Although they won't talk to me they HAVE refunded my money on the credit card statement! I wish they had answered my many calls and e-mails so I would not have fired off such an irate one to them finally, but I am glad they made it right.
Again, although I can't see where they are a member of the miami BBB like they claimed, they at least honored my request for that refund, and did it pretty fast. Thank you.
