I called to cancel my membership well before the thirty days and I was still billed in July. When I received my credit card statement I immediately called back to let them know I had canceled the membership and I was promised a refund.
Instead in August I get billed again, so a couple of days ago I call back, yet again, after receiving my Aug. Credit card statement, I was on hold for at least half hour before they finally answered.
I talk to the rep. And he tells me that upon my request the membership has been canceled and a refund for my charge for Aug. Wont take effect until Oct. So in the mean time I maybe charged in Sep. Also. Then to make matters worse, I tell him I was supposed to be refunded for July and not billed for Aug. And he told me, they don't refund anything over thirty days, then he just hung up on me. I called right back and got the machine.
Beware, the Company used the name natures cures on one of my statement. Oh, and I never got any news letter either.
