Charged credit card 2 times for one account. Talked to 8 people as of now and nothing. Refund request. Escaladed request form. 5 days, 7days, 15 days on and on. These are the answers I get.
My next bill is due and they want me to pay for another month while I wait on them to find out whats going on from the previous month. Its all a scam and they are instructed to admit to nothing and never promise a refund.
I recorded the phone calls just to show people the lousy quality of sevice on every aspect of business. Customer care. Should be false advertisement.
All stand together and bring them down!
