Boost Mobile is a ripoff for $60.00 a month I have to spend over 20 minutes trying to talk to a customer representative; when I do get a live person it's always in finances and I got to wait another 12minutes for a customer care.
Customer care rarely resolves the issues with my blackberry and I got to wait another 40 minutes to get technical support level 1, when level 1 can't resolve the problem, I get transferred to another level of technical support, and no matter what assistance I get the problem is not resolved.
Out of 10 calls 9 calls fall in the middle of a conversation. If I am at a higher level floor the call falls
All and all the service to non existent customer service reps is substandard; the unrealiability of a sound reception which allows me to talk is also substandard.
For a prepaid service provider of $50.00 or $60.00 it is below standard.
I don't recommend Boost Mobile.
