I was to get a refund of $80.40 for being over charged by the boost mobile web site. I had called the customer service dept.
To get a refund, she had told me that it would take up to 2 billing cycles before the credit would be place back on my card. After 4 1/2 months i still have not received a credit. I have spoken to customer service rep, mangers, tech supports, and credit card depts. But still no respones from there corp. Office and been treated like it's no big deal. I have been getting the run around and i'm getting sick of the way boost gets away with how they treat their customers. So if you plan to get a boost mobile i won't it, will save you money and time if you go some where else.
