My wife ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift for me that was charged to my MasterCard account 14 December. The item delivered was the wrong size, not what was ordered. Phone calls to the company were met with argument and twice they hung up on me. Joann, who identified herself to me as the assistant manager did not have the order in front of her but began to blame my wife for ordering the wrong size. My wife ordered a Men's size 11. The receipt states "Unisex 11", and the tag on the shoe says, "W11, M9". I requested the owner, Mr. Weathers, to return my call and he has failed to do so. I have instituted a charge-back on my credit card with my bank.
This company is a Rip-Off!!
