Sold me the wrong size shoe that were also worn and tried to contact by email for return

I placed an order at retrojays on 8/24/04 it took 12 days for me to recieve my order when my merchndise the shoes were the wrong size i was sent a size 9 i ordered a size 11shoe. Not only were the shoes the wrong size they also had been worn i have tried on several occasions to try to notify the company about this error my attempts were unsucessful. I consider this a inconvience great disappoint an a ripoff there is nothing i can do with size nine shoe being that i wear a size 11.
