I ordered four pairs of shoes from this company totaling $285.00. I ordered two pairs size 11, and the other two were size 7, which were mine. I received the shoes, and my husbands were just fine.
My two pair were not the right size, one said size 8 1/2 on the tag, but they were too little for me, I am assuming it was actually a size 6 1/2. The other pair was way too big. The tag said 7 1/2, but my husband could fit the shoe, and he wears a size 11.
I email them at [email protected] three times last week, and I never received a response. I only have 10 days after I receive the shoes to return them, but I have to contact them before I ship the shoes. I only wanted them to exchange the shoes, but since I am finding it hard to contact them I would like a refund. I waited long enough to get the shoes, and now I can't even wear them.
The two pair that I ordered for myself totaled $135, and I would like to have my money back.
