Ordered a bunch of items off of target online and mistakenly ordered the wrong shoe size. I called customer service and spoke to a man named Antonio who could not return the shoe and send it back in the correct size because it was against store policy. However, because I had used a coupon on the shoes and did not want to lose money re-ordering he went above and beyond to help. The reason i continue to shop at target:)
